Where do we target
Most of our focus is in and around the Bury St. Edmunds area of Suffolk, but have knowledge of both the Cambridge and Peterborough markets. Due to the nature of our business and contacts nationwide, we’re here to help those from all areas of the UK.
Who are we
The Property Barn Ltd. was formed in 2019 following involvement in multiple Buy to Let (BTL) properties since 2010 covering areas in Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire on a personal level.
So why now Company v Personal?
Having previously been both a Tenant and Landlord, as well as a home owner, I have been on both ends of the chain and seen the struggles and growing costs that hit all parties. It is due to the lessons learnt here that is partly responsible to encourage me to move away from a personal portfolio to try to support and help other landlords, tenants and other property investors.
The Property Barn Ltd. aim to help relieve the problems faced by all in the property world, whether this be as a tenant, landlord, home owner or seller, through a variety of information and services available, or to put you in contact with others who may be able to help.
We believe that the knowledge gained, and contacts made, in the last 10 years will help us progress and support you in your own property journey.
